Mobile Banking

If you’re out and about, your banking is now more convenient than ever with the Geelong Bank app.

This app allows you to access our secure mobile banking site.

You can access the Geelong Bank app using your same log in details as you would for internet banking.

With the Geelong Bank Banking app you can:

• Pay bills with BPAY^*
• Check account balances
• Perform transfers internally and externally
• View recent transaction history
• View interest earned in the last financial year
• Be notified when your pay is in your account - Alerts see FAQ's
• Pay Anyone

You can pay anyone using just a mobile number or email address. It's a simple way to split payments for a taxi, dining out or your share of concert tickets. The recipient doesn't need to be an Geelong Bank member, all they need is an Australian bank account.

By selecting the contact us button you can also:

• Use our online calculators
• Keep up to date with the latest member news
• Contact us

How to Access Mobile Banking:

If you are registered for Internet Banking you may access Mobile Banking by simply downloading the app.

eStatements

To improve our service to Members and in an effort to reduce our environmental impact and costs associated with sending statements we encourage you to register for eStatements.  This means quicker delivery of your statements and an ongoing record of your activity within our internet banking facility.

By registering for eStatements you will have convenient access to your statements online.  First you must be registered for Online Banking.  Register for Online Banking here.

If you already have Internet Banking simply log in and from the menu:

• Select ‘Account Options’; then
• Online Statement Options;
• Choose the accounts for eStatements; and
• Answer the Declaration

You will receive an email when your eStatements are available.
